Dr. Sarah Sjovold, BSc, ND

Raised on Kawkawa Lake among the mountains of Hope, British Columbia, Dr. Sjovold earned her BSc in Biology from the University of British Columbia in 1998, followed by a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2004. She has been a licensed naturopathic doctor in BC since 2005.
Her career spans from the Canadian Naturopathic teaching clinic in Toronto and the Sherbourne HIV Health Clinic to Family Health Clinic Langley (2008–2012 with Drs. Ted Sleigh and Cathy Carlson-Rink), Integrated Health Clinic Fort Langley (from 2012), Cancer Care Centre nutritional consultation, resuming her Hope practice in 2019, and opening Livstil Wellness in 2020.

Dr. Kathryn Harbun, BSc, ND
Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Harbun earned her BSc in Microbiology from the University of Manitoba in 2016, followed by her N.D. from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (now CCNM) in 2017. She has been a licensed naturopathic doctor in BC since 2017.
With 6 years of experience at Arc Integrated Medicine specializing in IBS, eczema, autoimmunity, metabolic disorders, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia, Dr. Harbun brings deep expertise in complex chronic conditions. She served as a clinical supervisor and lecturer at BINM\'s teaching clinic for 2 years.
Her special interests include genetic variations, the human microbiome, and the interconnections between dermatological, digestive, and immune systems.
